Tezpur: In a successful operation, a team of the forest department of Sonitpur west forest division seized two trucks laden with minor minerals. According to sources, the two trucks laden with stone chips and sand, bearing registration numbers AS 12 AC - 9928 and AS 12 BC – 2537, were seized during a special raid conducted at Panchmile and Goroimari area under Tezpur Sadar Police station in Sonitpur district. These trucks were running without TP, challan and other required documents for supplying minor minerals. Both trucks have been kept under the custody of Tezpur Sadar Range.
