DEMOW: On Saturday afternoon, two girls of Demow Pakhimurit drowned in a pond while swimming. According to sources, the two girls - Rakhi Kahar (26) and Panchami Kahar (11) – went to the pond for swimming and drowned. Both were sisters. Demow Police recovered the bodies and sent them for post-mortem.
