Two Siblings Write to PM Modi, Himanta Biswa After Losing Baby Teeth, Assam CM 'Mama' Replies

GUWAHATI: Two siblings who wrote an adorable appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Assam CM Himanta 'Mama' as their adult teeth were 'not coming' and they were unable to enjoy their favourite food finally got a reply from none other than 'Mama'- Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Further, as the appeal went viral on the social media platform, Assam Chief Minister took to his Twitter handle and wrote, "I'll be happy to arrange a good dentist in Guwahati for you so that we can enjoy your favourite food together."

Earlier on September 28, in two separate letters, the sibling duo wrote letters to PM Modi and Himanta 'Mama' expressing their displease over their missing adult teeth because of which they were not able to chew their favourite food items.

6-year-old Rawza and her 5-year-old brother Aryan decided to take the matter to the higher authorities after their front teeth refused to come out in time.

The news was shared by their uncle on Facebook. He wrote, "To Himanta Biswa Sarma Narendra Modi From my niece Rawza (6 years old) and nephew Aryan (5 years old) NB Trust me I'm not home I'm from service, my niece and nephew wrote on their own perhaps PS: Please do the needful for their teeth as they can't chew their favourite food."

The 6-year-old Rawza wrote, "To dearest Himanta Mama (uncle) My five teeth are not coming. Dear Himanta Mama, please take the necessary action as my teeth are not coming out and I am having difficulty chewing my favourite food."

Meanwhile, the younger brother Aryan wrote, "o dearest Modi Ji, My 3 teeth are not coming dear Modi Ji. Please take necessary action as my teeths are not coming and I am facing difficulties while chewing my favourite food."
