Vigilance Awareness Week observed in Tezpur

As per the instructions of Central Vigilance Commission and directions of Director General Border Roads, Vigilance Awareness Week was organized in HQ Chief Engineer Project Vartak, Tezpur from October 26 to November 1.

TEZPUR: As per the instructions of Central Vigilance Commission and directions of Director General Border Roads, Vigilance Awareness Week was organized in HQ Chief Engineer Project Vartak, Tezpur from October 26 to November 1.

In the light of guidelines issued by CVC anti-corruption several programs such as pledge on integrity, posters and banners containing anti-corruption slogans, certain activities with school children towards enhancing awareness, debate on useful mechanism against corruption and flag march by the officers & subordinates with anti corruption banner were conducted. All officers and subordinates of Project Vartak expressed their determination to adopt the theme circulated by CVC on the occasion of completion of 75 years of independent India 'Independent India @ 75 : Self Reliance with Integrity'. Chief Engineer Project Vartak thanked the officers and subordinates of Project Vartak for conducting successful programs on Vigilance Awareness Week. On this occasion, the Chief Engineer Project Vartak said, "We should work from heart to prevent corruption and assure that neither we shall indulge in any kind of corruption nor we shall allow others to take it and work jointly towards making India corruption free."
