Dibrugarh: As per the instructions of the Chief Minister, the Town Development Department of the State Department has started to work on the preparation of a master plan under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT). Under the master plan, till Mohanbari Airport in the east, Bogibeel bridge in the west, Burhidihing bridge in the south and Brahmaputra River in the north will be covered, spanning a large geographical area. Participation of the locals and government organizations will be sought during the preparation of the plan. Therefore, the Deputy Director of the Town and Country Planning Department of Dibrugarh district has appealed to all the residents of Dibrugarh for their cooperation and help to the officers concerned while they carry out different works in relation to the master plan.
