TINSUKIA: Three youths have been arrested from a bus in Jagun on their way to join ULFA.
The names of the arrested youth have been reported to be Tokaidhan Bawri, Bijoy Bawri and Gunaghar Rajwar.
They boarded a bus from Sivasagar in Assam and were on their way to Jairampur in the Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh to join the banned outfit when they were intercepted.
As per inputs, three youths are from different parts of the Dibrugarh District of Assam. Assam Police and Assam Rifles intercepted them from a bus from Jagun in eastern Assam's Tinsukia district.
They have accepted that their intentions were to go to Arunachal Pradesh and join the ULFA Independent. Further police investigations are underway to reveal more details about the people involved.
