SHILLONG: The State government has decided to immediately appoint expert agency to go deep to the alleged leakage of uranium tanks in South West Khasi Hills district. "We decided that an expert agency will be entrusted to immediately undertake all the details and bring back report to the government," Deputy Chief Minister, Prestone Tynsong told reporters after a review meeting held here on Friday. It may be mentioned that many political parties and NGOs have been demanding an inquiry by experts concerning the alleged leakage of radiation at South West Khasi hills.
