The official Twitter handle of the Chief Minister of Mizoram, Zoramthanga, on the 9th of May, uploaded a video of a COVID-19 disinfectant squad who tried their best to cheer up a COVID-19 affected family after completing their task.
In the video, two fully geared-up members of the disinfectant squad can be seen dancing and displaying playful gestures in an attempt to woo the COVID-19 stricken family, trying to light up their spirit in grave times such as these. This joyous incident occurred in Aizawl city, the capital of Mizoram.

In the last 24 hours, there have been two cases of COVID-19 induced fatalities reported from Mizoram, further pushing its death toll to 28.
Mizoram, on the other hand, reported 239 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, taking the number of COVID-19 positive patients in Mizoram to 9068.
Meanwhile, in Mizoram, a total of 6932 individuals have recovered from COVID-19.
To flatten the COVID-19 transmission curve, the absolute lockdown imposed in Aizawl and other district headquarters from May 10 has been extended for another 7 days.
According to a government order released on Friday, the current complete lockdown, which was set to end at 4 a.m. on May 17th, has been prolonged until 4 a.m. on May 24th.
