Ram Mandir Will Be Ready By 1st Jan 2024, Claims Amit Shah

AGARTALA : Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, while targeting the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, declared that Ram Mandir temple will be all set by 1st of January, 2024. 

Notably, no date was announced in relation with the establishment of the temple prior to this declaration. During a rally in Tripura's Sabroom district, where Assembly elections are going to be held on March, Shah slammed the Congress party. 

He criticised Rahul Gandhi in relation with the temple issue been built in Ayodhya. Meanwhile, Amit Shah expressed his gratitude towards PM Narendra Modi for accelerating the construction. 

He mentioned how Babur destroyed the temple and left and how the Congress government after independence, always entangled the matter in varied courts. However, with the arrival of PM Modi in the political scenario, the Ram Lalla's temple and task needed for the its completion began. 

Shah recalls the phase of 2019, when he was leading the BJP party and Rahul Gandhi was president of Congress. During that period, Rahul Gandhi claimed the establishment of Ram Mandir, however acted dicey when it came to the date announcement. 

Shah urged everyone to tighten their belts as the temple is going to get ready by 1st of January 2024. Furthermore, he appealed the gathering of BJPs Jan Vishwas Yatra, to continue their trust in Modi's development model which works solely for the development and prosperity of the state. 

In next 5 years Tripura will transform into the most prosperous state among the small states in India with the cooperation of people, added Shah. The yatra took off from Dharmanagar in North Tripura and Sabroom located in the south. 

It has been scheduled to cover 60 Assembly constituencies within 8 days and conduct 200 meetings. 100 padyatras and 50 road shows will also be done during this period.
