Nagaon police on Tuesday recovered one Tokay gecko and arrested one person at Borghat near Nagaon Bypass.
The person identified as Allaudin is a resident of Dhubri.
Police also seized a pistol from the possession of the accused.
Notably, the market value of one Tokay Gecko is around Rs 5 lakh.
