Guwahati: Bangladesh Under-16 cricket team landed in Guwahati to play two three-day games and three 50-over games against Assam here on Monday.
The Bangladesh team members were given warm welcome at the airport by officials of the Assam Cricket Association (ACA).
The matches between the two teams are scheduled to be played at the Barshapara and Amingaon stadiums.
Notably, following the COVID-19 pandemic matches for Under-16 were closed for two years.
Presently, the Bangladesh team is residing at the Hotel Apollo Grand situated on GS Road in Guwahati.
The Assam U-16 team will also visit Bangladesh to play another series.
