GUWAHATI: NothEast United FC will start their campaign in the 10th edition of the Indian Super League with a home match on September 24. The side will face Mumbai City FC in their opening game and it will kick off at 8PM.
Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL), the organisers of the ISL, released the first half of the schedule on Thursday. The tournament will kick start on September 21 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Kochi. Kerala Blasters FC will take on Bengaluru FC in the opening game of the tournament.
North East will play their first two games on their the home turf. Their second opponent will be Chennaiyin FC and the match is scheduled to be held on September 29 (8PM). Later the side fly to Delhi to play their first away match of the season against Punjab FC on October 6.
