JOHOR: In what was a very closely-contested game, the Indian junior men's hockey team lost 4-5 to South Africa in its second match at the 10th Sultan of Johor Cup here on Sunday.

Sharda Nand Tiwari (9', 10'), captain Uttam Singh (17') and Sudeep Chirmako (45') scored for India while Marvin Simons (7'), Fawaaz Kahder (34'), Senzwesihle Ngubane (35') and Cameron Le Forestier (49', 57') found the back of the net for South Africa.

India will take on Japan in their third game on October 25. IANS
