GUWAHATI: U-17 boy’s hockey camp got underway at the Tayabulla Hockey Stadium, Bhetapara from today. Around 100 players from 30 affiliated units of Assam Hockey are taking part in the camp. Addressing the gathering the working president of Assam Hockey Gitartha Goswami said that Assam Hockey was working to develop the game in the State and had also targeted to become one of the top team in the country. He also added, “U-17 State team for the forthcoming Sub Junior National Championship will be selected from this camp.”
