LONDON: Winger Jacques Maghoma and left-back Jonathan Grounds will leave Birmingham City once their contracts come to an end in June, the club has announced. Maghoma, 32, joined Blues under Gary Rowett on a free transfer from Sheffield Wednesday in the summer of 2015. He has played 21 times for Blues this campaign, 12 occasions entering the fray as a substitute, and scored on New Year's Day against Wigan Athletic.
On the other hand, Grounds came to Blues on a free transfer, from Oldham Athletic, under Lee Clark in the summer of 2014. The 32-year-old is currently Blues longest-serving player.
The club also confirmed that it will not seek to extend Jefferson Montero's loan from Swansea City. Montero's loan is due to run out on June 30. The winger is in the last year of his contract at Swansea. IANS
