GUWAHATI: The 51st Assam State Inter District Weightlifting Championship for both Men and Women will be held at Ramdhenu Prakalpa, Sarupathar from Thursday. The competition will be held for Youth, Junior and Senior categories. The Assam Weightlifting team will be selected from the State Championship for the National Weightlifting Competition scheduled to be held in Itanagar from December 27.
