GUWAHATI: All Assam Tennis Association (AATA) mourned the death of former tennis player ChittanandaBharali who passed away in the city recently. He was 77. A condolence meeting in this regard was held where the members of AATA prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul. Chittananda was arguably one of the best tennis players that the state has ever produced. During 1960-70 he won several titles in State Level championship and also represented Assam in National level tournaments.
