GUWAHATI: A terrific knock from Arjun Kumar guided Star Sporting Club of Nagaon to register huge victory over TrinayanGosthi in the Assam Premier Club Championship Cricket tournament held at Nagaon today.

Arjun smashed a double century in the game. It was also his second consecutive hundred in the meet.

Star Sporting Club today decided to bat first in the semi final after they won the toss in the morning. Arjun immediately came into action as he opened the innings. The rest of the contest between ball and bat during Star Sporting Club's innings was totally a one sided affair. Arjunplayed just 116 balls to score 251 runs and there were 13 boundaries and exactly double number of sixes in his innings. Rode on his knock Star Sporting Club bowled out 347 in 39.2 overs. Later they bowled out TrinayanGosthi 155.
