GUWAHATI: The theme song, logo and T Shirt of Assam Youth Olympic 2022 will be launched on June 23 on the occasion of International Olympic Day. The secretary of the Assam Olympic Association Lakhya Konwar today informed the news to the media.
The Assam Youth Olympic will kick off on July 24 in Guwahati. Several hundred participants from different parts of the State will take part in the meet.
Addressing a media gathering Konwar today said,"Assam Olympic Association is gearing up to celebrate the Olympic Day on June 23 with various functions. The launching of the theme song, logo and T Shirt of Assam Youth Olympic 2022 will also be a part of it."
However, a poster of the Assam Youth Olympic 2022 was launched today in the media conference.
Meanwhile two competitions-Inter University debate and Inter College quiz- will be organized by the Assam Olympic Association to mark the Olympic Day. Both the competitions will be held at the KBR Hall, Cotton University.
The media briefing was also attended by the Director of the Sports and Youth Welfare Nibedan Das Patowary.
