GUWAHATI: The 6th CSOIA-Premier League Badminton Tournament of Civil Services Officers' Institute, Assam concluded on Sunday at the Assam Administrative Staff College campus in the city. Altogether 116 players in various categories took part in the meet which was inaugurated by Chief Secretary Paban Kumar Borthakur. The award giving ceremony was attended by Additional Chief Secretaries Syedain Abbasi and Ashish Kumar Bhutani respectively and they also distributed the prizes among the winners. Principal Secretaries Avinash Joshi and Niraj Verma were also present in the ceremony. The CSOIA was set up to promote the welfare of the officers of the Civil Services and to bring them together in order to secure complete integration of the services.
