GUWAHATI : Hosts ASJA lifted the team event title of the TOPCEM-ASJA Inter media Table Tennis championship held at the ABITA Stadium here today. Debojit Dutta of Asom Aditya won the single’s title. In the chess event held at the ASJA office, Saroj Medhi of Prantik magazine won the title with 4 points. Debasish Sinha and Bubul Sinha – both from The Assam Tribune – came second and third with 3 and 2.5 points respectively.
Meanwhile, the TOPCEM-ASJA Inter-Media T20 Cricket Tournament will be held from March 16 at the Nehru Stadium. Four teams will participate in this tournament.
