Mangaldai Cricket Academy, Maharana Club win 3rd T20 Challenge

Mangaldai Cricket Academy and Maharana Club won their respective matches in the 3rd T20 Challenge in Memory of Jagat Chandra Das Cricket Championship.

GUWAHATI: Mangaldai Cricket Academy and Maharana Club won their respective matches in the 3rd T20 Challenge in Memory of Jagat Chandra Das Cricket Championship which got underway at Mangaldai today.

In the first game of the day, Mangaldai Cricket Academy defeated Rangia Town Club by 14 runs. The highlight of the game was 48 balls 50 from Samridh Deka who turned out for the winning side.

In the other game, Maharana registered 8 wickets victory over Chandmari Cricket Club thanks to a nice spell from Pradeep Sarkar (5-16).

The Secretary of the Assam Cricket Association Devajit Saikia attended the inaugural function as a chief guest and also inaugurated the tournament. Among others present on the occasion was Shuchi Kul Shrestha, Head of Women's Cricket Development of Rajasthan Royals.
