GUWAHATI: A good contest is on the cards when Assam will take on Delhi in their second game of the season in the Ranji trophy at the ACA Stadium here from tomorrow. Assam earned a single point in their first game against Saurashtra which ended as a draw. Delhi lost their first game to Maharashtra.
Last time both the teams met each other in the competition was in 2017 and the game ended as a draw. However Assam got the better of Delhi when they hosted the opponent last time at the same venue in 2015. Assam won the match by five-wicket.
