Will use Women’s Premier League experience to improve my game: Jintimoni Kalita

Turning up for Mumbai Indians in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) was a great experience for Jintimoni Kalita and she would now use this experience to take her game to the next level.

GUWAHATI: Turning up for Mumbai Indians in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) was a great experience for Jintimoni Kalita and she would now use this experience to take her game to the next level.

The promising women cricketer of Assam on Tuesday arrived at her home Mangaldoi after representing Mumbai Indians in the first WPL where she represented the winning team in all the games.

Sharing her experience with the media person Jintimoni said, “It’s a fabulous experience for me to play for Mumbai Indians in the championship. All the senior members nicely guided me during the tournament and also gave some valuable tips which will help me to improve my skill in the coming days.”

Commenting on her future plans the allrounder said, “Next 2-3 years are very crucial for me and I shall try my best to play good cricket in the national level tournaments and catch the eye of the national selector. I also want to play the next edition of the Women’s Premier League.”
