DC, Chirang invites interested persons/farms to purchase the areca nut.

Sealed Tender affixing a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paise) only are invited from interested persons/farms to purchase the areca nut. The bids should be submitted in a sealed cover addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Chirang. The sealed tender paper will be received by the OC, Bijni Police Station upto 2:00 P.M. of 18/ 08/2020 and will be opened at 3:00 P.M. of the same day in presence of tenderer or their authorized agents/representatives.

Terms & conditions:

1. The successful bidder shall have to remove the areca nut within two days at his own cost and risk after depositing the full bid money.
2. If the highest bidder fail to pay the full amount of bid money on the spot, the undersigned reserves all rights to give the areca nut to the 2nd highest bidder.
3. The intending bidders may check the areca nut at the Bijni Police Station prior to the auction date.
