SHORT N.l.T. NO- 5 OF 2020-21
Sealed tenders affixing non- refundable court fee stamp worth Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only for each group eventually to be drawn up in APWD F-2 form are invited from the Registered Class-l(C)/Class-ll category of Contractors/Firms/Enterprises under Lower Asssam (PHE) Zone for execution of works under NWQSM for the year 2020-21 under Lower Assam Zone (PHE) to be mentioned in the Detailed N.I.T.
Tender will received up to 2.00 P.M. of 19-10-2020 and will be opened on the same date and hours in presence of tenderers or their authorized representative who like to be present. For any unforeseen reason if tenders could not be received and opened on that day, then the same will be received and opened on the next working day at same time and venue for which no separate communication will be made.
Detailed tender and other particulars may be obtained from this office on all working days from 13-10-2020 to 16-10-2020 up to 2.0 pm on payment of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred) only in cash for each group. Tender must be accompanied with requisite BID SECURITY as specified for the work in the form of NSC/KVP/Call deposit etc duly pledged in favour of the Addl. Chief Engineer (PHE) lower Assam Zone Guwahati-21, payable at Guwahati. Tender without requisite amount of BID Security deposite, will be summarily rejected. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the tender.
Tender paper will be issued only on written request to those applicants who can produce authenticated proof of Registration and past experience of similar activities. No adjustment will be entertained for Bid Security from previous work.
Rates should be quoted in both figure and words if any discrepancy arises between the rates quoted in figure and in words, the quoted rates in words will be considered on percentage basis as At per/Above on APWD schedule (Bldg.) for the year 2013-14/APWD (Road, Bridge Culvert/sanitary/electrical works) for the year 2013-14 & APHED schedule of rate for the year 2015-16.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
