2,391 new Corona cases detected in Assam on Saturday, positivity rate 1.79%

As many as 2,391 new COVID-19 positive cases were detected in the State on Saturday when 24 people died of the disease.

GUWAHATI: As many as 2,391 new COVID-19 positive cases were detected in the State on Saturday when 24 people died of the disease. The positivity rate in the State during the day is 1.79 per cent. A total of 109 new cases were detected in the Lakhimpur district, 234 in Golaghat district, 206 in Jorhat and 228 in Kamrup (M).
