GUWAHATI: The COVID-19 caseload in the State saw a significant jump on Saturday as 5,580 positive cases were detected. Along with the number of cases, the number of fatalities has also increased. The number of deaths was 13. The overall positivity rate is 12.16 per cent. In Kamrup (M) district alone, 1,172 positive cases were detected today.
