GUWAHATI: Seventy-seven people died of COVID-19 in the State on Saturday when 5,613 new cases were detected. The positivity rate in the State is 4.8 per cent on the day. While 11 people died of the virus in Tinsukia; 7 died in Cachar; 5 each in Barpeta, Kamrup (M) and Nagaon; 4 each in Dibrugarh and Karbi Anglong.
