GUWAHATI: The Brahmaputra and the Bharali were flowing above the danger level at Neamatighat and NT Road Crossing on Tuesday. While 8,070 people have been affected in Dhemaji and Lakhimpur districts, 158 persons including 23 children are taking shelter in five relief camps across Dhemaji, stated a bulletin of ASDMA.
