Assam Government appoints Alok Kumar as State Election Commissioner

GUWAHATI: The Assam Government on Monday appointed the outgoing Chief Secretary Alok Kumar as the State Election Commissioner (SEC). Kumar will retire from the post of Chief Secretary on Tuesday.
