GUWAHATI: The Royal Bhutan Ambassador to India, Major General Vetsop Namgyel, met Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in connection with the visit of the Bhutan King to Assam. The Chief Minister conveyed excitement to welcome King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk, along with the Queen, to the state.
