GUWAHATI: Forty-three people died of COVID-19 in the State on Tuesday when 3,948 new cases were detected. The COVID-19 positivity rate, however, fell to 2.96 percent. While 394 new cases were detected in Cachar, 341 new cases were detected in Kamrup(M), 247 in Nagaon and 243 in Dibrugarh.
