DIBRUGARH: Hundreds of devotees took part in the Rath Yatra taken out from the Jagannath Temple located at Khanikar in Dibrugarh on Tuesday. Union MoS Rameswar Teli, MLA Prasanta Phukan, DC Biswajit Pegu, Vijay Khemani, Secretary of Sri Sri Jagannath Cultural Trust Dibrugarh were among those who participated in the programme.
