GUWAHATI: The State Home department shuffled top police officers in the State on Wednesday. DGP Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta is also allowed to hold the additional charge of Chairman, Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd. While Assistant Inspector General of Police (AP) Nanda Singh has been transferred and posted as Morigaon SP, Morigaon SP Swapnaneel Deka has been transferred and posted as BI(EO) SP, Guwahati.
