Haflong Road Accident: Two police personnel died and 14 others sustained serious injuries at a road accident in Deteksora — 60 km from Dima Hasao district headquarters here on Monday. The accident occurred when the vehicle carrying security personnel for election duty plunged into a gorge at a spot between the Harangajao and Balacherra stretch of NH-54(E). A high-level team of Haflong Police has rushed to the site.
