GUWAHATI: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar will attend the 21st Convocation of Dibrugarh University as the chief guest tomorrow. He will leave for Manipur after that to attend Dhanamanjuri University, Imphal, tomorrow. He will interact with the students and faculty members.
