Bulu Chanda is a resident of Bazarichara in the Karimganj district of Assam. He is age 45 years old. He is the son of Late Harendra Kumar Chanda.

He is an Arts graduate from Ram Krishna Nagar college under Assam University, Silchar.

Career and Politics:

This is the first time he shall be contesting Assam Assembly Elections. Bulu Chanda shall be contesting as an Independent candidate from the Patharkandi constituency.
