Early Life-

CharanBoro is a resident of Rangagarah village in Udalguri district of Assam. His age is 41. He is the son of Late NabinBoro and Ampuli Boro.

Education-

He is M.Sc pass in Mathematics from Gauhati University, 2003 batch.

CharanBoro first stood for Assam Election in the year 2016 and won the battle against TeharuGour from AIUDF party.

He is the sitting MLA of Majbat constituency.

This is the second he shall be contesting the Assam polls.

Boro will be contesting from the Majbat constituency that goes to poll in Phase II, voting for which is scheduled to be on April 1.
