Early Life

Hilal Ahmed Talukderis the son of Zia Uddin Talukder. He is a resident of Tarinipurin the Cachar district. He is married to Jahanara Begum Talukder and they have three children.

Education

He passed his H.S.L.C. (Matric) from Rajiv Gandhi Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Hailakandhi in 2013.

Political career

Hilal Ahmed Talukder is contesting the Assam Assembly election, 2021, for the first time from the Katigora constituency.
