Early Life:

Jitendra Sarkar is the son of Biren Sarkar. He is 32 years old, a resident of Mowamari, Mangaldoi.

Education:

He is Class X (Matric) pass from Mangaldoi Town High School in 2005.

Career and Political Life:

He had contested in the 2016 Assam Assembly Election as an Independent candidate, but did not win. He secured 953 votes. He is contesting the Assam Assembly elections 2021 for the second time. This time he is contesting on a Voters Party International ticket from the Mangaldoi constituency. He is a businessman by profession.
