Manoranjan Talukdar Biography:

Early Life:

Manoranjan Talukdar is the son of Late Jadab Chandra Talukdar. He is 67 years old, a resident of Uttar Ganakgari, Sorbhog in the Barpeta district.

Education:

He has done Graduation from Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi in 1975.

Career and Political Life:

Talukdar had contested the Assam Assembly elections of 2016 and 2011 as a CPI-M candidate from Sorbhog but lost both the times with 29,082 and 20,609 votes, respectively. He is going to contest as a CPI -M candidate for the third time from the Sorbhog constituency in the Assam Assembly Election 2021.
