Ramcharan Deka is the son of Raghu Ram Deka. He is 41 years old, resident of Uttar Gandhibari, Tamulpur from the Baksa district. He is married to Purabee Saikia.

He has completed a Bachelor of Arts from KKHSOU in the year 2012.

Career and Political Life:

He is contesting the Assam Assembly elections 2021 as an Independent candidate from Tamulpur Constituency.
