Early Life

Ranjit Deka, son of Late Jogendra Deka, is a resident of House no. 484, Pathsala Town, Ward no.1, Patacharkuchi in the Bajali district of Assam. He is married to Nandita Barman and is blessed with a son and a daughter. 

Education

He is a double Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) – one from the Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya in 2008 and the other is from the CMJ University in the year 2012. 

Career and Politics

Ranjit Deka is an AGP candidate for the 2021 Assam Assembly election from the constituency of Bhabanipur.
