Early Life:

Urkhao Gwra Brahma is the son of Harkeswar Brahma. He is 57 years old, resident of Kokrajhar Town, Ward No. 4, Kokrajhar.

Education:

He is a Bachelor in Arts from Kokrajhar College in the year 1985.

Career and Political Life:

He is a former Rajya Sabha MP. He is a writer and has been honoured with the Sahitya Akademi Award. He is going to contest the AssamAssembly elections 2021 on a United People's Party Liberal ticket from Chapaguri.
