COVID-19 positive cases swell to 24 in Assam. 23 out of 24 cases connected to Nizamuddin Markaz

Guwahati :Within three days from the first case detection, the novel coronavirus positive cases in Assam have swelled to 24 on Friday. Four new cases have been detected in Kamrup(M), Kamrup, Golaghat and Morigaon districts on Friday night, informed Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. As per information, among the four one person is living in the luxurious Spanish Garden Apartment in Zoo Road, Guwahati. The state first COVID-19 positive person is a resident of Karimganj. The Health Minister claimed that majority of the COVID-19 positive persons have link with the South Delhi’s Nizamabad Dargah last religious congregation.
