Despite elections that are hovering over Pakistan, people of the country and abroad seem to be less bothered about it and more agog about the sensational book in the market. It’s a tell-everything-book. This much awaited book, “Reham Khan” was finally released on Amazon.

Reham Khan is a journalist and former better-half of Imran Khan, Paksitani cricketer-turned-politician. This 65-year-old Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Chairman, Imran Khan is contesting for Prime Ministerial elections. He is hopeful of winning it. But instead of manifestos and election rallies, the people are expecting more thrill, and secrets to unfold in their way. Reham’s marriage lasted for 10 months with Imran. Yet, she has gone all the way to describe him as the first man ever in the history to be honest with his wife to an extent that he told her about his past affairs and illegitimate children. If you would want to guess the number, then well you should know that Imran has 5 illegitimate children and “some of them are Indian”. Surprised?

The book, Reham Khan claims (on Amazon) to have touched on “sensitive issues, both political and social, and the author has had to resist extreme bullying, harassment and life-threatening situations to bring it to you”. This book talks about Imran’s sexual encounters, cociane addiction, and more. And, she described this as “a bizarre life” of “sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll”. She considers him as not “sadiq and amin” on the lines of Constitutional provisions as he hid his third marriage for two months.

Reham says that she would cite PM of India, Narenda Modi’s journey for her husband when Imran said about how he wanted to lead Pakistan. “I would gently and repeatedly give the example of Modi, the Indian Prime Minister, who was Chief Minister of Gujarat for a decade, and then elected to the top job because his seemingly strong governance record, despite all the other negative baggage,” she wrote.

Mention about Imran Khan's drug addiction: "It appeared that Imran Khan was doing about six grams a night. Around Aleem Khan’s campaign and right after it the cocaine use shot up to a ridiculous level. Three bags of the magic stuff were consumed in one night. He was sinking right in front of my eyes and I watched helplessly," Reham wrote in the book.

Reham Khan’s Reham has remained at the core of controversy after the manuscript was leaked online, and for all obvious reasons, it irked several PTI leaders. They took to Twitter to indict her doing all this ahead of the July 25 general elections. But she didn’t stop.

She didn’t stop, even after Imran filed a petition to stop Reham’s autobiography from being published in the country. There was stay order on the book launch. Yet, nothing could stop Reham Kham (the truth) from being accessible to people. Reham has also said that she has received several death threats for her self-titled book. The book is getting mixed reviews now.
