GUWAHATI: On May 2 and 3, the northwest states are expected to see heavy rainfall and thunderstorms, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). A number of regions, including West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, Telangana, and Delhi On Monday, it rained heavily in Goa and Tamil Nadu. The western disturbance was cited as the primary cause. On Monday, May 1, light to moderate rain is very likely to fall in the majority of locations over Arunachal Pradesh, as well as several locations over Assam and Meghalaya, and a few locations over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura.
