Silchar NGO Chotto Prochesta extends help to four patients in regaining their lost eyesight

Silchar: NGO, Chotto Prochesta, is once again in the news for their humanitarian service which helped four patients regain their lost eyesight, Rina Rani Das, Putulbala Das, Hirenbala Das and Mani Nayak of Jafarpur in Silchar. These patients were not only provided with lens, medicines and all other required materials for operation and treatment, they have also been carried to-and-fro from their respective houses to the hospital. The Ophthalmology i.e. the eye department of Silchar Medical College and Hospital extended their help. Chotto Prochesta’s advisor and Silchar Vision Care’s Sandeep Chanda came forward to help these patients. The NGO has expressed its gratefulness towards the Ophthalmology department of Silchar Medical College and Hospital. Mani Nayak underwent pterygium surgery.
