GUWAHATI: On the occasion of 6th foundation day of All Assam Law Students Association (AALSA), various district committees of AALSA celebrated the day with different events. The All Kamrup District Law Students' Association started the day with a flag hosting ceremony.
After that the members of the association went to an orphanage home located at Lankeshwar to distribute food items, study material and toys to the children. Later in the day, Advocate Dilip Saikia inaugurated the e-magazine (INGENIUM) of AALSA.
At the end of the day, AALSA president Kishore Kalita thanked each and every member of the association for being present in the event.
He also requested everyone to create a clean and protective society.
General secretary of AALSA Central Committee Anurag Gogoi, chief organizing secretary of AALSA Central Committee Aurobindo Baroi, advisors of AALSA Kamrup District, Nazrul Khan and Pranab Roy, and president, general secretary and other members of Kamrup district were present, stated a release.
